Thanks to a family friend, I have gotten my hands on a couple of amazing pieces of glass. The Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 is one that will make a way into my family soon. I've been planning on purchasing it for awhile now, but it has been reassuring to actually be able to test it out. I've been very pleased. If my bank account could handle some stretching (which it can't), the Canon EF 135mm f/2.0 L would be near the top of the list. I admit that I've been lusting a bit over the silky smooth bokeh. Unfortunately, the pricetag has slapped me back into reality. I have been genuinely enjoying the opportunity to use both these lenses.
